Yoga-Soorya is a solo venture to satisfy my intuitive calling for deep learning in yoga.I would prefer to share my experience with people who are willing to move in this direction. With natural inclination towards yogic practices and philosophy, sharing it with other people and witnessing changes in their life is a joyous and satisfying process for me.

Hatha yoga

The term “hatha” is derived from the Sanskrit words “ha” meaning “sun” and “tha” meaning “moon,” symbolizing the union of opposing forces within oneself. Hatha yoga, in simple terms, refers to a type of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to achieve balance between the body and mind.
